I love this journal. It's very well thought out and simple to use - yet it offers a fantastic way of keeping a log of your health. I highly recommend it especially if you have any type of health issues and need to keep a record of how you're doing. It's a very good way of seeing patterns in your daily symptoms. I especially like the 10 day review sections! I keep it next to my bed so it's handy to write in each evening. The author also has a "Gluten Free" journal available that looks like it would be useful for much more than just gluten intolerance!

I like this journal. I have several health conditions and medications that I need to keep track of, The book is laid out in a very easy to use format. Four stars instead of five because there is no specific place to record weight, Blood Pressure, and blood sugar.

The Journal is fine...I did it consistenly for about a week and then lost interests, as the questions were the exact same everyday.
